I went to the dealership with the firm resolve of “just looking.” Enter Gerry, the man, the myth, the mildly terrifying legend. Within 3 minutes, I was test driving something called a sport package and by 10 minutes in, I was emotionally attached to a cup holder. Gerry doesn’t sell cars — he seduces you into ownership. He walked up with that confident swagger like he just closed a deal on a spaceship. I told him I wasn’t planning to buy today. He nodded, patted the hood of a 2017 sedan like it was a loyal horse, and whispered, “This one’s got your name on it.” I laughed, the car laughed, my wallet cried. Some iconic Gerry quotes from our encounter: This car hugs the road like it owes it money, you won’t drive this car — you’ll experience, Sure, the gas mileage isn’t great, but think of the leg room (???) I don’t know what kind of caffeine-fueled charisma potion Gerry drinks, but by the time I left, I had a car, an extended warranty, and I’m pretty sure I high-fived him 6 times. 10/10, would get bamboozled by Gerry again.

I purchased a 2009 Dodge Dakota SXT. The vehicle was in absolutely immaculate condition inside and out. When I walked in that place I felt like I was being taken care of like part of the family.
